Asthma, COPD And Other Respiratory Problems
POSTED ON 10 / 05 / 2016

My son had acute bronchiolitis and viral infection of throat. We were put in isolation ward with a room shared with one other patient. The care from arriving to being admitted was very quick! The doctors and nurses knew what to do and I felt safe in their hands. The room was clean. And nurses very helpful.

The patient waited in A&E from 8pm till next morning without a bed to lie down the whole night and was not able to sleep. She was told not to intake any food because of medical checkup, after a long period of time when she asked for nurses permission to eat, they refused until they could contact the doctor (which takes forever). She hasn't eat in 24 hours already. When she was finally admitted to the ward, it was too crowded her bed and few other patients' beds were set in a corridor settings inside the ward which is not a proper space. When she was informed to discharge from hospital, she waited extra few hours for payment receipts, medicines and other discharging procedures.
