I was generally happy with everything. I did complain that they were slow in cleaning the toilet. I shared the room and the other person and his visitors were not very considerate in using the toilet. I also thought there was a lack in communication in some areas. However, when I left the hospital I was given a comments form where I made these problems clear. I received a phone call on the same day from the hospital apologising, and asking me in detail about the problems. They seemed genuinely concerned.
The staff was passionate and kind. The ward environment was clean and comfortable.
