Excellent staff and facilities. The nurses were thoughtful, considerate and friendly. The facilities were clean and well managed.
State of the art operating room and extremely well trained staff.
I cannot say anything negative about my time in this hospital at all.

Very good experience : genuinely caring nurses, very available, environment (pediatric unit) designed to make the children comfortable. Staff very smiling and talking to my child with a soft voice, making sure she was OK for all procedures etc

About 3 months ago, my mother fell and I had to rush her to the Emergency at Canossa. We arrived at 830 and left at 12.30 am. It was a horrible experience. We left having done an xray and the dr. simply saying it was a depressed facture and to go home and rest and advised that if the pain doesn't subside we should go back to see an Orthopedic specialist. We left the hospital in their wheelchair until we got a taxi but once we got home my mother could not walk. We had to get a rolling chair from the guards office and wheel her home. This went on for a few days and she just could not walk.
I finally went back to the hospital on my own to retrieve the xrays as we all knew it was worse than what the dr had first said. I took the xrays to the ortho centre and demanded someone look at them to tell me what was going on. There was no dr in sight but somehow a retired dr who was just visiting overheard me and had a look at the xrays as a kind gesture. He immediately suggested we see a specialist and that it needed serious attention. He said that no weight should be put on it at all or there could be terrible damage.
Long story short we finally got the right attention, the right equipment (wheel chair and walker) and the right treatment.
What disturbs me immensely is the emergency treatment. It was worse than anything I have ever experienced and this is a private hospital. I would never go back there for an emergency

Came for stitches after our 3 year old son hit his head. The wound was open and quite wide. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean. The surgeon was very patient and listens to our concern and questions and accepted to discuss the options and went for our preferred option (local vs general anaesthesia) and discussed with us the conditions she would take the decision to overrule.
The nursing staffs were nice and helpful as well as competent .
All medical staffs spent time to explain is the steps and check if we add additional questions.

only 1 bad experience they forgot to remove my chain for the Xray and later the nurses had to come running to check about this matter scaring me that the xray had shown something which was my chain and it was totally their error of not removing the same
the food served was NOT in accordance to what the doctor informed the hospital as had to go for blood test and yet the breakfast was served to me luckily did not eat it if not would not be able to take the XRAY and scanning
